[Insight-users] Problems with B-spline based deformable registration

Hi,

I can´t run the example in the file "DeformableRegistration15.cxx", it 
crashes immediately when the deformable registration using B-splines 
should start. This occurs using both itk-4.1.0 and itk-4.2.0. The 
B-spline implementation is incoherent, for instance, the affine
geometric transformation obtained is not used as bulk transformation 
for the coarse B-spline registration.
