[Insight-users] Exception in groupwise registration code

Dear people,

I am also trying to use the 
http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/173 groupwise registration
code  and more specifically interested only on the affine transform.

Unfortunately the difficulties are many... So if there is anyone that have
compiled it and tested it successfully, it would be nice to share some
information.

I have done some modifications for compatibility with ITK4.0 (basically by
cancelling BSplines functioning), but still I cannot run it successfully.
