[Insight-users] ITK Beginner Question - ITK_USE_OPTIMIZED_REGISTRATION_METHODS

ITK_USE_OPTIMIZED_REGISTRATION_METHODS is no longer needed in ITK 4.x.
All of the registration methods are now optimized.
