hello!

This line:

const MeshType::CellType::PointIdentifierContainerType & pids =
it.Value()->GetPointIdsContainer();


Gives me the following error:

Double should be defined for PointIdentifierContainerType or ?
Does not work with float either...

Any help appreciated!
