[Insight-users] Problems with levelsetsv4 visualization

Ok, I followed the advise given and adjusted my code.

Now the intensity image is shown as it is supposed.
But some more problems came up:

- Using the WhitakerCommandIterationUpdate.h as listed, causes that the
initial level set is shown, but then the curve disappears. So somehow the
update doesn't work properly, for me.

- It takes at least 15 seconds until the opengl window appears. I can't
believe that this is normal.

Any advice?
