[Insight-users] Problems with levelsetsv4 visualization

Hi,

First, the code in ITKv4-TheNextGeneration-Tutorial is now outdated (before
ITK 4.0). I would strongly recommend you to have a look at more recent
code...

For the visualization, you can find examples in
Modules/Segmentation/LevelSetsv4Visualization/tests.
There are several kind of visualizations:

   - Visualization of the level set function as an elevation map (for the
   2d case)
   - Visualization of the zero set (curve in 2d)
   - Visualization of the layers (in the Whitaker, Shi and Malcolm case)

I guess the visualization you were using was the last one...

Let us know how it goes and if you have questions with the level sets /
visualization.
