[Insight-users] removing rectangle from microgriding images

Hi again,

I think I found a work around for now ....

The filters itkGrayscaleFillHoleImageFilter (for dark lines/spots) and 
itkGrayscaleGrindImageFilter (for bright lines/spots)
did the trick:

before:

The "Fully Connected" parameter was important
