[Insight-users] GDCM version upgrade plans for ITK4?

You should be able to start by building GDCM external to ITK, and using
the "USE_SYSTEM_GDCM" option to see if that gets you the features you
need.  That would take a lot less time than waiting for complete
integration into ITK.
