The example I said uses this class
http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1ImageSeriesReader.html to
create the new series with the images transformed. And I believe that using
this other class
http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1ImageFileReader.html I
can do what I tried to explain but I can't find the methods that are
equivalent to make my goal.
