[Insight-users] tutorial to build ITK4 on Ubuntu 12.04 ? or deb-package available?

I'm not able to build/install ITK4 on my Ubuntu 12.04 64bit pc. Has someone already created a package? maybe deb? Or is there any install instruction for ubuntu 12.04 64bit? or are there any well known errors?
