[Insight-users] cannot enable LevelSetv4Visualization module (ITK 4.3.1)

Dear ITK users,

I want to compile ITK with LevelSetsv4Visualization module. However, I get
the
following warning.

CMake Warning:
  Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:

    Module_LevelSetsv4Visualization

ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES is ON, but it does not enable
LevelSetsv4Visualization.

I am using cmake version 2.8.9. The version of ITK is 4.3.1.

What am I doing wrong? Help would be appreciated.
