[Insight-users] cannot enable LevelSetv4Visualization module (ITK 4.3.1)

Hi Nirmal,

It should be

  Module_ITKLevelSetsv4Visualization

(note the missing *ITK*) in your previous attempt.

ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES is a bit of a misnomer -- it should really be
ITK_BUILD_DEFAULT_MODULES.
