[Insight-users] cannot enable LevelSetv4Visualization module (ITK 4.3.1)

You are right. Now, I need to build VTK for
Module_ITKLevelSetsv4Visualization. Also, I am glad you told me about
ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES.
