[Insight-users] Extract slice but keep orientation

Hi all

I am extracting a slice from a 3D volume using extractimage filter and
storing as 2D to perform processing.  I set the direction of collapse to
identity and left with a transverse slice.  I then wish to put this slice
into it's original orientation which was sagittal, before the collapse, how
can this be achieved in ITK?
