[Insight-users] Python wrapping

Some update on this issue:
Instead of using cmake-qt-gui (cmake2.8.3) that is available from
Ubuntu repo, I build the latest cmake 2.10.2 and used ccmake to
configure. It seems to be working now.
The build has reached 33% as of now, so I am assuming that this
problem is solved (for me). But I am still not sure what was the cause
of the problem.
