[Insight-users] Where is itkDeformationFieldTransform ?

Hi,

In the following example:

http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/Registration/DeformationFieldTransform

a class itkDeformationFieldTransform is being used for ITK < 4.

I don't seem to be able to find it in ITK v3.20.1. Where is it ?
If it does not exist, how should the example be modified to be working with
ITKv3 ?
