[Insight-users] Updated Guide to ITK

Hi,

I would like to request the developing community of ITK to kindly work
towards the creation and development of an up to date guide to ITK. The
currently available one was written for ITK 2.4.0 and I am sure there have
been many significant changes and improvements at all levels.

An up to date guide would help many newcomers in learning ITK rather quickly
