[Insight-users] Multi-resolution image registration in V4

There is no multi-resolution header file in V4 like in V3 .....I couldn't
find it or is it normally included in 'RegistrationMethodV4' ?  Can any
body help me on this. But the good advantage of V4 is
'CompositeTransformation'.  I wanted to apply CompositeTransformation to
Multiresolution image registration.
