[Insight-users] Multi-resolution image registration in V4

two resources for you:

ITKv4/Modules/Registration/RegistrationMethodsv4/test/itkSimpleImageRegistrationTest.cxx

the key words are "Level"  and  "SetNumberOfLevels"

these allow you to do multi-resolution registration.   in general, you can
learn about itkv4 registration by looking  at the tests, many of which are
also functional examples.
