[Insight-users] Troubles with the manipulation of label objects

Hi Antonio, it is hard to tell without seeing the actual code and the
original input and output images but I would start with double checking
that the input image is indeed binary. If the areas where you get holes are
very close to the foreground value but slightly different, that would
explain the situation. If that's not the case please attach the code so
that someone here can reproduce the behavior.
