i have tested SimpleITK but unfortunately it does not cotain all filter of
ITK.
indeed, i want to extract Segment Blood Vessel from dicom images 
I found this example:
http://itk.org/ITKExamples/src/Filtering/ImageFeature/SegmentBloodVessels/Documentation.html
but simpleItk does not contain Hessian3DToVesselnessMeasureImageFilter.

any other idea,
