Hello AMAL,

I unfortunately haven't gotten to wrapping Hessian/Tensor pixel types yet.

Let me know if its close to what you are looking for and willing/able to write the C++ code to add custom filters to SimpleITK, so I can provide detailed instructions and assistance.
