[Insight-users] ITK vs. VTK (visualization) for data

Hi all,
I am generating a displacement field using Demon's Deformable registration
in ITK (very similar to the example).
I then use Paraview to visualize the data. I immediately can see that the
Y-direction of the field is opposite to what it should be. I expect this,
but I have the following question:
When I visualize my disp-field, and export the vector magnitudes associated
with each pixel, are the y-coordinates of my displacement field flipped?
And, are the y-components of my disp-field vectors ALSO flipped?
Thanks,
Tim
