[Insight-users] rotation of spatial objects truncates generated fibers

Hi,

i tried to write a program, that generates two or more cylindric fibers with
different angles and writes two images: one binary image, which i can use
for tests with some fiberorientation algorithms and a vector image, that
contains the correct orientations as vectors to compare it with the results
of the orientation-algorithms.

The only problem is, that the spatial objects (cylinders) are truncated
after the transformation. That leads to wrong orientations of my algorithms.

Can someone tell me, how to fix it?

Thank you!
