[Insight-users] Create java VM failure SimpleITK, Python, Windows

I am using ipython (notebook) with SimpleITK on a windows machine.  I am
trying to use the SimpleITK.Show command but I get a "Could Not create java
virtual machine error."  I've tried changing the heap size with
_JAVA_OPTIONS -Xmx512M.  Browsing the internet and stackoverflow hasn't
helped much.  Im hoping someone here has first hand experience with this!
