[ITK-users] Write "Float Type" Dicom series?

hey there,

I want to read a pet series in float, apply the resacleslope and write it
again. I can read, apply the rescaleslope and visualize it. But couldn't
write it. it is giving me failure. 

is there anyway to solve it? is it possible to convert it into int data type
before writing?
