[Insight-users] SpatialObject IO

Hi I'm porting some of my code that output vtkPolydata and vtkPolylines to
pure itk using the line spatial objects and group spatial objects. The
issue I'm running into is IO.

I can write out say a LineSpatialObject to a .meta file or an .mdh file but
then I'm not sure what can read these in for visualization. Neither
paraview nor slicer4 seem to work for me?

Are there any other options?
