[ITK-users] Vessel Segmentation

I now have the vessel segmentation working with my format (a sub-volume of
shorts extracted from the DICOM) - and can see the results in my 3D viewer
(see http://surgicaltheater.net if it interests you) .  The issue I have now
is settup up the parameters.  I have noticed that the algorithm is very
sensitive to gamma; the rest I am not sure of yet.
