[ITK-users] ItkVtkglue and VTK OpenGL2

There is no itkVtkGlue.cmake file that I can find. Can you show me
what you are doing? Are you building wiki examples locally, as a
remote module. Or are you just trying to build ITK with the glue stuff
enabled?
