[ITK-users] Procedure for Submitting Patches to Remote Modules/Third Party Libraries

Hi Davis,

Looks great!

Now that the SubdivisionQuadEdgeMeshFilter patch is in the Remote
Module version [1] can be updated.

After the GDCM patch is in, ITK's version can be updated by running
the ITK/Modules/ThirdParty/GDCM/UpdateFromUpstream.sh script.
