Thank you very much !
I let the default min and max pixel values ... 

Everything is corrected and is running correctly /a priori/ (not finished
but first results seem ok). 
I am trying now on two examples : 
74x60x17 pixels and 28x27x13 (short example)
It takes very long for the first one (5-7hours), a lot less for the second
one (around 1h30).
I will test several parameters: size of the window 5x5x5 (literature),
number of bins (16), fix the offset (to be determined).
