hi 

how can i specify  VectorUInt32 and VectorDouble in Java...

i ve this in python
R.SetShrinkFactorsPerLevel([3,2,1])
R.SetSmoothingSigmasPerLevel([2,1,1])

SetShrinkFactorsPerLevel would  VectorUInt32 
and
SetSmoothingSigmasPerLevel would  VectorDouble
