[ITK-users] [itk] Unhandled exception when using Mean Squares and Powell Optimizer

Hello,
I'm getting an exception saying too many samples are outside the moving
image buffer when I use the MeanSquaresImageToImageMetric with the
PowellOptimizer that doesn't occur when I
use NormalizedCorrelationImageToImageMetric
or MattesMutualInformationImageToImageMetric.  I thought it might be
because the optimizer is seeking to maximize the metric so I tried calling
MaximizeOff on it but got the same exception.  Any ideas would be
appreciated.
