[vtkusers] looking for mil.h

Hello,
I am running Win2000 and Visual C++ 6.0 compiler. I just downloaded the 
VTK4.0 source and tried to build it with CMake as described in the 
Readme.htm. I made the following changes to CMakeSetup:
BUILD_SHARED_LIBS ON
VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB ON
VTK_USE_PATENTED ON
VTK_USE_HYBRID ON
VTK_USE_PARALLEL ON
The compiler complained that it could not find mil.h which is specified in 
the vtkMilVideoSource.cxx. As a result, the vtkHybrid.lib is not built.

Anyone has any ideas where to find the missing header file and libraries?
