[Insight-developers] DART Coverage Tests are not working

The Dart Team fixed it. There were two source files (one was yours) that had strange characters in
them. Yours had a few "dot" characters (0xB7). Not sure how you got that one in. The other had a
(nbsp, 0xA0). Luis snuck that one in.

These broke the xml parsing. We thought Dart was catching these, but we are using an old Dart.

All should be well in the morning...

Hello ITK Dartboard Maintainers,

I just wanted to let you know that the Dartboard is not displaying the 
code coverage for some of the files being tested.  The file that I am 
most interested in is the ./-Code/-IO/-itkAnalyzeImageIO.cxx file.  It 
claims that only 11.82% is being tested, but I can not tell what 11.82% 
is being tested because the file is displayed when clicking on this link.
