[Insight-developers] ITK -Wall added for GCC builds

Hi Bill,

I just committed the addition of -Wall for the GCC builds.
The "-w" flag was removed (since it disables warnings).

This was done in the top CMakeLists.txt file.

We should see tomorrow the effect on the Dashboard.
