You should be able to accept the default template parameter. The file
will automatically be converted by the DefaultConvertPixelTraits.
You should only have to specify a different pixel trait class you wanted
the reader to output a "custom" pixel type (something other than the atomic
types, RGB pixels and perhaps vectors).
