It's being worked on... because VTK and ITK use different wrapping
systems it's not a straight-forward wrap.  See ConnectVTKITK in the
latest CVS InsightApplications.  The Python bits are done, the Tcl bits
are half done (shared libraries are being successfully built, but there
are no packages yet) mostly because of my limited Tcl knowledge.
