Hi Zhuo,

- If you are in windows, you open the ITK.dsw workspace
  and rebuild.

- If you are in Unix, you go to the ITK binary directory
  and type 'make'

The ITKIO library is created from the code in
Insight/Code/IO.

The resulting library is copied to "InsightBinary/bin"
