Hi Luis 
i wanna to extract the brain volume from a series of MRI slice..,
1- i converted the slices to raw format.
2- i'm using thershold techinque to remove the back ground.(slice by slice it's takes a long time!!).
how can i segment the brain from the head using ITK..or use semi automatic thecnique (registeration with atals) in ITK did ITK support segmentation of series and reconstruct these slices using VTK?..plz help me to decide which way i will go to..,
