Hi Grace,
It is Ok to register images with
1) different physical dimensions
2) different number of slices
I don't know why your program is not working,...
But
If you share with us the details on how *exactly*
are you setting up the component of the registration
framework, then we will be happy to help you figure
out what is wrong with your program.
Could you start by posting screenshots of your
fixed and moving images ?
You say that
"the way the data looks is quite different "
This doesn't tell us much, unless we can take a look
at the images, or at least to a screenshot of the images.
