[Insight-users] not all itk dlls are build

Hi All,

I am new to ITK. I used the CMake utility to build both in debug and release
modes using Visual Studio.Net 2003. In the release folder the only dll I see
is ITKCommon.dll. I see whole lot of *.libs and *.exp's. Can someone tell me
what is the method to obtain dll's for other ITK classes such as?

ITKNumerics
ITKFEM
ITKIO
ITKStatistics
ITKMetaIO
itkpng
itkzlib
