[Insight-users] 3D vs 2D

hi all

Right know i am working on dicom image seris. I converted each slice to a
png image and did all the segmentation examples. but know i want to work on
3d data. I have also converted dicom seris into a analyze format with ITK.
can i right know work on the examples as a 3D format? How am i going to
decide for the treshold values given in the examples of ITK software guide;
if i wanna do the same for my analyze converted 3D dicom series image.
