Hi Ameya,

I had the same problem regarding the CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM not defined with 
CMake 2.0.6 and the problem is now fixed in CMake 2.2.1, you might want 
to try the 2.2.1 beta release of CMake.

Regarding the cl compiler not working, you can take a look at the 
CMakeError.txt and CMakeOutput.txt files (located in your binary), they 
should give you some information why the compiler is not working 
(probably to environment variables...).
