[Insight-users] Use of itk::MIRegistrationFunction

Dear all,
Has anybody used itk::MIRegistration successfully in order to register 
two images?
Could you please explain to me how to use it ?
I guess , that we may need a class MIRegitrationFilter inherited from 
itk::PDEDeformableRegistrationFilter<..>
