Hi Aaron,

	Could you please run the following command:

./bin/DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2 /full/path/to/your/dicom/dir/ out.mhd

	This executable is build if you turn Examples:ON. The output should be 
verbose enough so that I can diagnose without access to the DICOM 
dataset. Feel free to send it to the group, if you still need help.
