[Insight-users] Registration of a 3D mesh to a 2D image

Dear all,
 
I have a 3D mesh and a 2D image which is the projection of the original
3D image 
Is there a simple registration method for this?
Also, Is there a class which enable projecting the 3D mesh into a 2D
plane
