[Insight-users] Setting FEM - deformation field

Hello insight users,

I noticed that there is a SetDeformationField(FieldType*  F) function
in the FEMRegistrationFilter.
I suppose, this is a way to initialize the deformation field with (for 
example)
a field which was gathered by another registration algorithm???
Then, if I run the registration, the field should be a starting point 
and should
be refined by the registration. Did I understand this the right way or 
is there
another reason for this function?
