[Insight-users] cmake does not include txx files in the vs 8 solution

Hi,

I follow a standard way of configuring itk and end up with the visual studio 
8 solution wich does not include any txx file. 'show all files' confirms 
this, the solution can be built successfully, however, the template classes 
are not in the final libraries.
