[Insight-users] ITK on Windows x64

Did ANYONE manage to compile ITK for a 64-bit Windows platform?!?!?! 

VisualStudio 2005 apparently can not do it and I can not get Intel Compiler
9.1 to work with CMake (well, I only tried nmake + cmake). 

Is there any any any way to make ITK use more than 4Gb of RAM on Windows?
